- Responsible in the development of a solid relationship between major clients and company

- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs

- Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit sales

Requirements:

 

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field with at least three (3) years of work  experience in Account Management,Territory Sales - handling National and Local accounts 

- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager level specializing in Sales/Marketing or equivalent

- Must be willing to perform field work

- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts

- Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account

- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person

- Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint

- With Driving Skills

Technical support engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

The Technical Support Engineer handles an assigned world area/s as part of Global Quality Engineering group.

 

The engineer is tasked to provide technical support to Sales Representatives and Direct Sales for customer complaints, field failures, and quality issues; investigate and manage warranty, good will and post-warranty goodwill claims towards resolution, ensure correction and documentation of manufacturing and engineering flaws/improvements using divisional CRM system

Detailed Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Transaction Management

  • Monitors incoming emails in common mailbox or auto notifications from business system per world area  coverage

  • Responds to Level 1 general inquiries and requests received from mailbox or business system and identify need for escalations Saves/Uploads/Archives

  • Communication Records (CRM, Shared Folders)

  • Logs Service Requests (SR) in Business Systems

  • Acknowledges customer complaints in email and provides customer with SR number

  • Coordinates with other teams/support to complete the request of customers

  • Creates, monitors, prioritizes and updates CRM requests

  • Verifies New Customer accounts and works with Korea site engineering support team for creation of account in the business systems Assigns and monitors business system task/s to appropriate investigating group (operations, engineering, etc.)

  • Attends emergency/kick-off meeting with other functional groups

  • Organizes and leads a monthly conference call with Operations and/or World

  • Area Quality to monitor or resolve open and aging SRs

  • Monitors the progress of all transactions
